The Brookfield Contains 10 Laboratory grade
glass tubes, capped with Agglomerated corks. The rack is made of solid
Red Oak in a butcher block style and finished with USDA approved 100%
pure mineral oil to preserve its natural beauty. The
spice tubes are a little bigger than a Quarter(25¢) in diameter, and
about 6 inches tall. The tube volume is 60 ml, 2 oz or 1/4 cup.The
Brookfield is: 6 1/2 across, 2 1/2 deep and 6 1/2" high. Spices
