Privacy Policy: The Tubular Spice Company does not sell your personal information to anyone under any circumstances. The Tubular Spice Company does not give your personal information away to anyone under any circumstances. The Tubular Spice Company does not trade your personal information for product or services to anyone under any circumstances. The Tubular Spice Company, being an e-commerce service, acts as conduit for a large amount of sensitive and private data. Specifically addressed herein: payment information, address information, telephone numbers, and other such data commonly given during an online purchase. Utmost care is taken to maintain the privacy of both our merchant clients and the shoppers who patronize our online store. Your information may only be used to verify credit card transactions, shipping of product and Tubular Spice Company financial functions.

Shipping Time: We ship most of our orders by United Parcel Service. Most orders are delivered in 2 to 5 days, not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. There are exceptions. We are located near the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia. If you are also in a hard to reach location, delivery may take 3 to 6 days, not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If you are living in Georgia or a bordering state, shipping may take as little as 1 or 2 days.

Handling fee: We don't charge a handling fee. We believe this a ridiculous concept. A handling fee is simply a way for businesses to make profit with no material value to the customer. The concept of charging a fee, for what we are in business to do, is not with in the business ethics beliefs of The Tubular Spice Company.

Delivery addresses; Delivery address change requests must be made before the order ships, as we can not change the address after the order is in transport with out incurring a UPS "Intercept fee". Correct delivery address is the sole responsibility of the customer entering the order and in the event of "Intercept" during transit, the customer will be will be responsible for the UPS "Intercept fee" which is currently at $10.00 per incident. The Tubular Spice Company is in no way responsible for credit or product replacements do to an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer.

Standard return policy:  Items including *packaging returned within 30 days of shipping date and in **original condition will receive full refund of the purchase price less a $1.99 restocking fee and any shipping charges. We can not except returns beyond 30 days of shipping date. All returns must be requested in advance using our contact form, which is available by clicking on this text. Items returned without a RAN (Return authorization number) will be refused or may be processed under our Non Standard return policy. The Tubular Spice Company does not except responsibility for items returned with out prior approval, is not liable for damages due to return shipping, and is not liable for shipment loss of return shipping. Refunded monies can only be credited to the originating account. Damaged items must be reported within 10 days of delivery.

Non Standard return policy: Product ordered and refused at time of delivery, not picked up from UPS depot after third delivery attempt, orders from Alaska and Hawaii, product specially ordered for a specific customer and any other return not covered under our Standard return policy will receive a full refund of the purchase price less a $4.99 restocking fee, less a fee equal to 15% of the purchase price and less shipping charges to and from. Refunded monies can only be credited to the originating account.

Exchange Policy: There is no fee for exchange of items of equal or greater value of original purchase, returned within 30 days of shipping and in **original condition. All exchanges must be requested in advance using our contact form, which is available by clicking on this text. Shipping charges including "UPS 2nd Day Air" and "UPS Next Day Air" are not refundable or credited. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) involved in the exchange. The Tubular Spice Company does not except responsibility for items returned with out prior approval, is not liable for damages due to return shipping, and is not liable for shipment loss of return shipping. Exchanges from Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges equal to the cost of shipping the exchange. Refund monies can only be credited to the originating account.

Third party shipping; Items order and shipped to a third party for forwarding are not returnable and any and all responsibilities for loss or damage are the responsibility of the third party shipper or freight forwarder.

* What we mean by packaging is the box or package of the item itself, not the box used to ship the item(s) to you.

**In the case of damaged and/or altered product and/or packaging, replacement cost(s) will be subtracted from the return amount.

Orders placed before 11:00 am EST will be shipped the same business* day. Orders placed after 11:00 am EST will be shipped the following business* day.
*Business days are weekdays that are not holidays.
